I have a lot to say! Even my teachers in elementary school shared that opinion. “Jessica is a pleasure to have in class, but should try to be less chatty”. Hmm…That was a tough goal for me to achieve! I loved to interact with friends back then and I still love to do that today.

So when I saw the request for local moms to enter the Signature Healthcare contest to become a Signature Mom, I knew I would enter. What a great way to connect with others than through the power of social media. As a self-described Facebook addict for over two years and a new lover of Twitter, I have always enjoyed sharing information with others and telling funny stories about my family over the Internet. A mommy blogger is what I wanted to be. Where would I begin? Starting a blog can be quite a daunting task but thanks to Signature Healthcare, the SignatureMoms blog is my home now.

So now that you know how much of a chatterbox I can be, how about hearing about the stars of my show? I have 3 girls, ages 12, 7, and 4 and oh boy do I have a ton of funny stories about them. I have a husband who is scared to death about what I could possibly write about him. And then there’s moi. Officially a WAHM (work-at-home mom) since January 1, 2011, I am Head Mom for Daily Deals for Moms. When not busy with Daily Deals for Moms, you can find me at the park, in my driveway or one of my girls’ sporting events. We are a very busy family from Whitman. And I love every single minute of it.
Over the coming months, you’ll learn a ton more about my family, including how my 7 year old likes to Skype with her big sister’s friends (the horror!), or how my 4 year old has an affinity for Fluff and even the trials and tribulations of having a 12 year old who thinks she should be allowed to roam the town or go to the mall with friends. We’re all dealing with this stuff, so let’s get it all out on the table. Yup, you’ll hear about all that and more and I do hope you will chime in, because I truly believe it takes a village. Will you be my village?
Reading your posts will be such fun. Reading this one felt like someone was chatting with me. Can’t wait to hear more about what you have to share, Ms. Chatty.
I am really looking forward to your posts!
