Signature Healthcare will be at the Greater Brockton Health Fair! The event will be hosted at the Trinity Baptist Church on 1367 Main Street in Brockton, Massachusetts from 10 am to 4 pm.
The event will feature: free health screenings (glucose, cholesterol, bone density, body mass index, blood pressure); stroke prevention, cardiac care, asthma, diabetes, childhood obesity, dental, fibroid, health home information, oncology outreach, nutrition, asthma home checklists, and lead hazard information. There will also be free entertainment, raffles, give aways, activities for children and healthy refreshments. Make sure to stop by the Signature Healthcare table to meet Hilary Lovell, Katia Hosein and Rachel Wyman who will be giving away even more goodies and health information!
