Greater Brockton Healthy Families is proud to celebrate the accomplishments achieved over the past fiscal year. Our mission is rooted in supporting parents, strengthening families, and building brighter futures for children and families in our community. With the dedication of our staff, partners, and participants, we have seen meaningful progress in key areas of our work.

One of our greatest successes has been the strong engagement of referred parents. Families continue to show their commitment by participating in at least one home visit, a first step in building connections and receiving valuable support. We are excited to share that:
- 85% of participants received their first home visit within 15 days of referral, ensuring timely support during critical moments.
- 90% of participants had at least one visit annually with both parents present, reinforcing the importance of shared parenting and family involvement.
- 56% of families engaged in ongoing discussions around behavioral acceptance and capacity-building, a number we are committed to increasing in the year ahead.
These milestones highlight the resilience of families and the dedication of our team. As we look forward, our goal remains to expand capacity, strengthen behavioral acceptance, and continue building connections that allow us to reach and support more families in the Greater Brockton community.
Together, we are creating opportunities for parents and children to thrive.
