To Benefit Signature Healthcare’s OB/GYN Department

Prize Includes:

• Two Prime VIP seats for Monday, November 23^rd Patriots vs. Bills Game (seats located in Section 1 – lower level)
• VIP Parking
• Pregame Hospitality (located under the Dana Farber tent. Complimentary food and drinks with special events)
• Sideline Visit- (Field access with the players are warming up)

Raffle tickets are $25.00 each

Winner will be drawn on Wednesday, November 18^th
